To request a new user please follow these steps:

  1. Visit our help and support page https://rezatec.freshdesk.com/support/home
  2. Go to ‘New Support Ticket’ in the upper right-hand side of the page.
  3. A form will open, enter your details (an example can be found below. In the description section, please provide the names, email addresses and country of the person you would like to request access for.                  
  4. This form can also be used to raise any queries and issues to our customer support team.
