As standard, we conduct a proximity analysis based on the spatial relationship between customer-provided critical areas (such as the locations of hospitals, schools, and other main infrastructure) and the pipe network itself. A score is then generated for each section of pipe based on the lateral distance between the pipe to each critical area, the pipe diameter, as well as a variable weighting depending on the significance of the critical area itself.
